Adding an Event to the Calendar

Your Calendar helps organise your time and reminds you of
important events. You can schedule up to 100 events.
To add an event:
1.
From the calendar display (see "Displaying Your Calendar" on
page 67), highlight the day you want to add an event.
2.
Press Options (right softkey) > Add Event > Schedule.
3.
Select the following items you want to edit and press
Tip:
While entering the description, you can also press
to select a description from To Do items already stored in your To Do
From To Do
List. (See "Adding To Do List Items" on page 72.)
From to schedule a start time for the event.
To to schedule an end time for the event.
Location to edit the location for the event.
Alarm to select a ringer for the alarm.
Alarm Time to edit the alarm time (number of hours or
minutes before the event starts). The default alarm time is
10 minutes before an event.
Repeat to select a repeating status for the event. Select Once,
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
4.
Press Save (left softkey) to save the event.
Tip:
Days with events scheduled are indicated by a small just to the left of the
date. Press the navigation key up or down to scroll through the calendar by week,
and the Side Volume key to scroll by month.
