Using the Battery

Installing the Battery
1.
Insert the battery into the opening on the back of the phone
and gently press it down.
2.
Place the battery cover as indicated in the diagram, and then
slide it until you hear it snap into place.
Removing the Battery
Warning!
Do not handle a damaged or leaking Li-Ion battery as you can be
burned.

Make sure the power is off so that you do not lose any stored
numbers or messages. Press the battery cover release latch, and
then slide and remove the battery cover.
2.
Use your thumbnail to lift and then remove the battery as
indicated in the diagram.
