Dialing From the Contacts List

Shortcut:
From standby mode, press

Select the entry you want to call and press
the number listed at the top of the entry.

To dial another number from the entry, select the name and

You can also place a call by pressing
Call:Speaker On
Note:
The icons next to each entry represent the labels (for example, Mobile,
Home, Work, etc.) for the entry's default number. A triangle next to the label
means there is another number for the entry, also represented by a label. Press
the navigation key right or left between labels to select the desired number.

Finding a Phone Number

You can search Contacts entries for phone numbers that contain a
specific string of numbers.
To find a phone number:
1.
Enter the last four or more digits of the number and press
Options (right softkey). (The more numbers you enter, the more
specific the search becomes.)

Select Find. (The Contacts entry that ends with the digits you
entered appears.)
3.
Scroll to your desired entry.
Press

Dialing and Saving Phone Numbers With Pauses

You can dial or save phone numbers with pauses for use with
automated systems, such as voicemail or credit card billing numbers.
There are two types of pauses available on your phone:
Hard Pause sends the next set of numbers when you press
2-Sec. Pause automatically sends the next set of numbers after
two seconds.
