Using Speed Dialing

You can store up to eight numbers in your phone's speed dial memory to
make contacting friends and family as easy as pressing a button. With this
feature, you can dial your favourite entries using one key press for
locations 2-9. (See "Assigning Speed Dial Numbers" on page 64.)
To use speed dial for voice calls:
From standby mode, press and hold the appropriate key for
approximately two seconds.
The display confirms that the number is being dialed when it shows
"Connecting...".
To use speed dial for Push 2 Talk calls:
From standby mode, press the appropriate key and press
(See "Setting Speed Dialing for Push 2 Talk Entries" on page
116.) The display confirms that the number had been dialed
when it shows "P2T calling...".

Using Abbreviated Dialing

Abbreviated Dialing is similar to speed dialing. You can use either of
the following abbreviated dialing features.
Ph. Book Match allows you to retrieve any desired number saved
in your Contacts by entering only the last three to six digits of the
number, and dial the retrieved number. (See "To activate the Ph.
Book Match feature:" on page 47.)
Prepend allows you to prepend predefined numbers (first five or
six digits) to the last three to ten digits you enter, and then dials
the number. (See "To activate the prepend feature:" on page 47.)
To place a call using abbreviated dialing:

Enter the last three to six digits of a Contact's phone number to
use Ph.Book Match feature.

Enter the last three to ten digits of your desired number to use
Prepend feature.

If the digits match more than one entry in your Contacts, the Abbrev. Dial
list will be displayed. To place a call, highlight your desired entry or number and
