Before loading envelopes, press them down to make sure that all
air is removed, and make sure that the folds of the flaps are firmly
pressed, otherwise the envelopes may become wrinkled or a
media misfeed may occur.

Squeeze the right paper guide
and adjust the paper guides so
that both the left and right sides
of the media are secure.

Attach the tray cover.

Manual Feed Tray

When using the manual feed tray, the sheet of paper must be fed in
one at a time. If the manual feed tray runs out of paper while the
machine is printing, paper is automatically supplied by the media tray.

Make sure that the tray cover is properly attached to media tray.
