11. Notice to Government End Users: The Software is a "commercial item," as that term is
defined at 48 C.F.R.2.101, consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial
computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212. Consis-
tent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Govern-
ment End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.
12. You agree that you will not export the Software in any form in violation of any applicable
laws and regulations regarding export control of any countries.

Certain types of documents must never be copied with the purpose or intent
to pass copies of such documents off as the originals.

Bonds or other certificates of indebtedness
Stock certificates
Legal Documents
Food stamps
Postage stamps (canceled or uncanceled)
Checks or drafts drawn by government agencies
Internal revenue stamps (canceled or uncanceled)
Passports
Immigration papers
Motor vehicle licenses and titles
House and property titles and deeds
General
Identification cards, badges, or insignias
Copyrighted works without permission of the copyright owner
In addition, it is prohibited under any circumstances to copy domestic or for-
eign currencies, or works of art without permission of the copyright owner.
When in doubt about the nature of a document, consult with legal counsel.
