You can monitor calls, mute the microphones, make an inquiry, transfer the call, create a conference or put the call on hold to perform other tasks.     During Calls Inquiry During an ongoing conversation you like to make an inquiry to an internal or external party. Inquiry Press The first call is put on hold (the lamp flashes slowly).
