Do not use damaged equipment.

Follow all maintenance procedures as outlined in the Engine Maintenance Sched-
ule below at the specified intervals. In addition, observe the following details:
before each use: check to make sure the Engine's oil level is adequate. If neces-
sary, fill the Engine's Crankcase until the oil level is even with the Oil Fill Hole.
before each use: with a soft brush, cloth, or vacuum, remove all debris from the
Generator and engine. Then, use a premium quality, lightweight machine oil to
lubricate all moving parts.
After the initial 20 hours of use and every 100 hours of use thereafter: drain
the old Engine oil and replace with approximately 3/4 (0.63) quart of a high quality
SAE 10W-30 grade engine oil.

Storage: Before storing, drain all fuel out of the generator's gas tank. If this is not

from starting until cleaned out.
