Symptom
"Service Unavailable" appears
on the graphic display.
You cannot place a call.
The phone is unable to place or
receive H.323 calls.
Problem
The user tapped the New Call
soft key, dialed a number with the
handset on-hook, or attempted to
make a call from the contact
directory when the phone was
not registered.
The call was placed using the
incorrect protocol.
The license file does not exist or
has expired.
Troubleshooting Your Phone
Corrective Action
Check with your system administrator to
see when your phone will be registered.
Verify that you are using a line that is
registered to use the appropriate protocol.
Do the following:
1.
Tap
> Status > Lines.
2.
Select the line you used to make the
call.
The following figure shows three
registered lines and the protocol used for
each line.
See your system administrator.
