When reinstalling the belt stopper, check that the clearance between
the belt stopper and pulley is 3-
6 mm (0.1-0.2 in.), then tighten the
6 mm bolts securely.

After installing the belt and adjusting the belt tension (see page 201, start
the engine and shift the P.T.O. lever into ON and OFF to be sure that it
operates properly.
