ERO SERIES FRYMATE (Dump Station)
Model ERO Frymate Dump Station can be configured in batteries with fryers in either 15
21" (53 cm) width. Frymate provides a final prep area where excess oil drains away and product is
seasoned, packaged, and kept ready for sale.
