7. Close the expansion card retention clamp by rotating it downward.
If the PCI retention clamp does not close, ensure that all cards are properly seated, and then

try again.
If required by the card, connect the auxiliary power cable to the card (not illustrated).

8. Install the card hold-down if it is provided with your card and if the side access panel does not
already have one:
a. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive strip on the bottom of the hold-down (1).
