Setting the Volume of the Ring Tone
You can set the volume of the ring tone or switch the ring tone off.
Press MENU.

Setting the Volume of the Built-in Buzzer
The built in buzzer warns you of a faulty operation, when e.g. a wrong key is pressed. You can
set the volume of the built-in buzzer, or switch the buzzer off.

Setting the Fax Switch

The built-in fax switch of your device distinguishes between fax messages and telephone
calls. Faxes are automatically received, telephone calls can be received—even on additionally
connected devices. While the device is checking the call, it continues to ring.
In addition, you can set whether after a certain number of rings you will receive the call or
whether the answering machine should switch on.
