I have this printer kodak hero5.1, it has been change because it was not working. The problem then was that when connected the power lights on the display panel and goes off and the printer never switched on. On getting the replacement it worked for a month and now it is doing the same as the old or former one. again I have no printer.

Is this a common experience with this type of kodak printer or just mine? Does anyone know what can be done?
