Make sure all equipment is
turned off.

Insert SD card.

[Power On _ Boot up]
Slide the power switch.

Switch on connecting
instruments and monitors
in turn.
NOTE
• Before power switch on, lower the volume
of instruments and monitors connected
to the H4n.
• The display says "No
Card" when booting
u p , m a k e s u r e
that the SD card is
inserted correctly.
• The display says "Reset DATE/TIME"
when booting up,
the date and time
s e t t i n g i s t h e
primary value.
