Routing a Document from a Public User Box/Personal User Box

Transmission Methods

Select one of the four routing methods according to the desired transmission
purpose and use.
Destinations can be specified using any combination of these methods.

Description
Multiple preset routing types are pro-
grammed with this method.
Multiple destinations can be registered
with this method. This is convenient for
always sending data to the same peo-
ple.
Select different destinations from
those registered in the address book.
With this method, destinations for e-
mail transmissions, FTP transmissions
and SMB transmissions are entered di-
rectly from the control panel. This is
used when routing data to a destina-
tion that is not already registered.
Description
Shows the destination number and number of destinations.
Select the desired method for specifying the destination.
Shows various information, such as the name, date and time
that the transmission document was registered.
Select the format for the file that is to be transmitted.
