DVD-RAM discs
DVD-RAM discs must meet the following conditions

• Remove TYPE 2 and 4 discs from their cartridges
before use, then return them when you are fi nished.
Read the instructions for the disc carefully.
TYPE 2 or 4 disc
• Some parts of the disc, for example where one
program ends and another begins, may not play
smoothly.
Region Management Information
This unit is designed and man u fac tured to respond
to the Region Management Information that is
recorded on a DVD disc. If the Region number
described on the DVD disc does not cor re spond to
the Region number of this unit, this unit cannot
play this disc.
• The region number of this player is "1."
• The player will play DVD-Video marked with labels
containing "1" or "ALL."
