Rapid Cycle
Ingredients
butter
large onion, chopped
semi-skimmed milk
unbleached white bread flour
wholemeal bread flour
salt
sugar
freshly ground black pepper
easy blend dried yeast
1 Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onions over a low heat until golden.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the milk. Follow the instructions on page 21.
