Problem
There is no document in the
ADF.
During sending / receiving in
memory mode the capacity of
the memory was exceeded.
Too many locations have been
called.
The maximum number of boxes
has been exceeded.
You are trying to change or
delete a one-touch/speed dial
transmission which has already
been stored.
The toner cartridge has run out
of toner.
Document jam in ADF
The paper has run out.
Print paper jam
No document can be printed
because the memory is empty.
A group has already been
assigned to the one-touch key
which has been pressed.
A recipient has already been
assigned to the one-touch key
which has been pressed.
A connection could not be
established because the
machine is set to PSTN and a
PBX was called. A connection

Solution
Insert document.
Send the document
manually (1 Page TX). The
memory will hold up to 512
pages.
Reduce the number of
recipients to the maximum
default number. Polling
Transmission: 200 Polling
RX: 200 Call groups: 99
Reduce the number of
boxes to 10.
Erase the memory data or
wait until the transmission
has finished.
Replace the toner
cartridge.
Clear the document jam.
Refill paper supply.
Clear the paper jam.
Printing is possible again
after a document has been
stored in the memory.
Select a different one-
touch key.
Select a different one-
touch key.
Set the machine to PBX.
Enter the line access
number.
