6 Enter a name using the numeric
keypad (up to 16 characters).
7 Press [ENTER] and use the
numeric keypad to select the
required setting.
[0] :Continue
[1] : End
8 Press [ENTER] to end the process.

Delete Mailbox

1 Press [FUNCTION] and
[CONFIDENTIAL].
2 Press the arrow right key (OT 40)
twice and [ENTER].

Use the numeric keypad to enter the
four-digit mailbox to be deleted
(0000-9999) and press [ENTER].
Use the numeric keypad to enter the

four-digit password to the mailbox to
be deleted (0000-9999) and press
[CLEAR].
5 Use the numeric keypad to select
the required setting.
[0] : Continue erasing boxes
[1] : End
6 Press [ENTER] to end the process.
Note
Mailboxes which contain data cannot be deleted. First delete the data
as described in chapter "Sending", under section "Deleting data".
