Printing a One-touch/Group Dial List

1 Press [FUNCTION] and
[REPORT/LIST].
2 Use the arrow keys to select the
"telephone directory".
Press [ENTER] and select the

desired list using the arrow keys.
4 Press [ENTER].
The desired list is printed.

Printing a Memory Report

1 Press [FUNCTION] and
[REPORT/LIST].
2 Use the arrow keys to select the
"memory report".
3 Press [ENTER] and select the
desired file using the arrow right key
(OT 40).
4 Press [ENTER].
The desired file is printed.
