Administrator Mode Operations

To set the "Color Shift Correction" parameters

If a difference can be seen between the document and the copy, fine
adjustments of the color shift can be made.

In the Expert User's Mode screen,
touch [Color Shift Correction] for the
color that you wish to adjust.
The corresponding Color Shift
Correction screen appears.

Load paper (A3L) into any paper
drawer, and then press the [Start] key
to print out the test pattern.
Check the printed test pattern for the
amount of color shifts. To make fine
adjustments manually, select "X", "Y"
or " ", and then touch
to specify the desired adjustment.
After all adjustments are made, touch
[Enter].
Check the printed test pattern, and then repeat the step described
above until there are no longer any color shifts. When the adjustment
is finished, touch [Enter].

In the Expert User's Mode screen, touch [Exit].
