Danger of accidents The shock absorber is under high pressure.
The shock absorber is filled with highly compressed nitrogen, so never dismantle the shock absorber or carry out any mainte-
nance on it yourself.
Remove bleeder screws
Any excess pressure escapes from the interior of the fork.
Mount and tighten bleeder screws.

Perform this action on both fork legs.

The shock absorber can coordinate the compression damping separately in the low
high
speed range (Dual Compression Control).
The term low and high speed refers to the movement of the shock absorber during compres-
sion and not the riding speed of the motorcycle.
