Automatic Fax Transfer

If the automatic fax transfer function is turned on, all incoming faxes are
printed and then sent to the programmed telephone number.
If the receiving partner station is busy, the Minoltafax redials the number
according to the settings of software switch No.5. If a transmission error
occurs during the transfer, the machine interrupts the current transmission
and redials the number about 10 minutes later to retry the transmission.
If all attempts to redial and transmit fail, the process is deleted.

Manual Fax Transfer (Remote Controlled Polling)

This function allows you to send the incoming fax messages to a remote
fax machine, controlling the process from the remote machine. For this,
proceed as follows.
Dial the number of your Minoltafax 1300 from the remote machine.
It is necessary to use the tone dial system for this procedure.
When you hear the simulated rings, after the voice response, press [*]
during the signal break.
1 When you hear the acceptance tone (3 short signals), enter your
password.
2 After the correct password you hear the CNG signal. Then press
[START].
3 If fax messages are stored in the memory they are transmitted now.
4 If no fax messages are stored you hear the closing tone.
5 If the password was wrong, you hear an error tone followed by a
password waiting tone. Then enter the password again. After a wrong
password is sent three times, the Minoltafax 1300 interrupts the
telephone connection.
