11.4.2 Receiving an All Ships Call

1. When an All Ships Call is received, an emergency alarm sounds.
The display will show the MMSI (or name) of the
vessel transmitting the All Ships Call and the radio
automatically switches to the requested channel
(but, the display will not change).
2. Press any key to stop the alarm.
3. Press the [ ( DOWN )] key to display the "Nature
of Call".
4. Press the [ CLR ( WX )] key to display the operating
channel number of the requested channel.
5. Press the PTT switch on the microphone and talk
to the calling ship.
