Satellite
This option is typically only used by installers when your system is initially
set up. However, you can come here to see the satellite signal strength your
receiver is getting or to repeat the satellite setup procedure.
Whole-Home
If you're using DIRECTV Whole-Home DVR service use this option
®
to name this receiver location. To learn more, read the "DIRECTV
Whole-Home DVR service" section at the end of this chapter.
Access Card
Do not select Access Card unless you have a new access card
provided by DIRECTV. DIRECTV will provide new access cards and
instructions when necessary. Follow the on-screen directions to
replace your access card. You will need your old and new access
cards to complete this process.
