Type the IP address of the host running the SNMP manager application to be used to receive
traps.
Note:
Port 162/UDP is the default port for traps. You can select v1 or v2c based on what the trap
receiving system supports.
Under Traps, select the type of Traps to be Received by the SNMP manager.

Adding IPX Trap Destination Addresses
Internetwork Packet eXchange (IPX) is a routing protocol used by Novell environments.
1.
In CentreWare Internet Services, click Properties > Connectivity > Protocols > SNMP.

Click Advanced at the bottom of the page.

Under Trap Destination Addresses, click Add IPX Address.
4.
Type the 8-digit hexadecimal number that identifies the IPX External Network host configured to
receive the trap.
Type the 48-bit Physical MAC Address of the computer that is running the SNNP manager

application that is configured to receive the trap.
6.
Type the IPX Socket Number of the computer running the SNMP manager application configured
to receive the packets.
7.
Select the SNMP version, SNMP v1 or SNMP v2c, based on the trap receiving system.
8.
Under Traps, select the type of Traps to be Received by the SNMP manager.
