The WK2000 SE is fi tted with a VOCAL PROCESSOR card, able to add up to four realtime vocal harmonies to your
voice. To control the level of the microphone signal at the input stage, refer to the previous paragraph "Set up the
Mic/Line signal level", on page 45.
complete edit functions menu is available using the four PROGRAMMABLE PADS buttons.

VOCAL PROCESSOR ACTIVATION

BEWARE!
To get realtime vocal harmony, singing and playing on the keyboard, it is fi rst necessary to enable (MIC.ON) the
microphone input. For this purpose please follows the instruction described below at the paragraph "PAD 2 EQUAL MIC.".
Press the [VOCAL P.] button, the associated LED goes ON
After the microphone and VOCAL P . enabling, it is now possible to listen to the vocal
harmony, playing the upper part of the keyboard and singing in the microphone, at
the same time.
To use the VOCAL PROCESSOR ensure that the instrument is not set for SAMPLING operations.

VOCAL PROCESSOR PRESET SELECTION

The VOCAL PROCESSOR parameters are already set in 8 presets ready to use for different music performance

Hold down the VOCAL P. button for a few seconds
The display visualize the default preset name

Use the DIAL to select a different VOCAL PROCESSOR Preset
To memorise the [VOCAL P] setting with the other performance parameters (track
number, Vocal volume etc.), Save the settings to any of the 63 available Performances.
Press and hold the STORE PERFORMANCE button then press ENTER.
Press ESCAPE to exit the menu

VOCAL PROCESSOR PARAMETER EDIT

A complete EDIT menu it is available, using the four programmable PADS to
access to the various VOCAL PROCESSOR parameters.
PAD 1 (TRACK MUTE)
You can enable or disable the VOCAL PROCESSOR associated track
control, by pressing the PAD1 (Track mute) . The display show you the
parameter ON/OFF status.
PAD 2 (EQUAL/MIC)
This button allows to adjust the external signal (MIC./LINE) and their parameters, according to your needs.
Press the PAD 2, EQUAL/MIC button, the display show you the fi rst
PAGE parameters.

Each time you press the CURSOR button you select the various page
parameters: MIC ON/OFF, MIC VOLUME, LINE ON/OFF, LINE VOLUME
The parameters can be modifi ed by rotating the DIAL
Press the PAGE menu to select the next parameters PAGE:
RevMic.:
Compress: -4
The parameters can be selected by pressing the CURSOR button,
while DIAL allows to modify the value.
