To stop the alarm

When the alarm time is up, the handset will ring. Press
Stop
or any button on the keypad (except
the alarm. The handset display will return to standby.
The alarm will ring for 30 seconds and then it will switch
off automatically and the display will return to standby.
Time & date
You can set the time and date on your BT Esprit 1250
using following the procedure shown. However, if you
have described to a Caller Display service via your
network service provider, the time and date will be set
automatically on receipt of your first incoming call.

digits for the day, month and year.

If you have more than one handset
registered to your BT Esprit 1250
base, you only need to set the time
and date on one handset and all
handsets will be updated
automatically.
The default date setting is
01/01/05.
The default time setting is
12.01pm, using the 12 hour
time format.
