Text messaging
If you have more than one 'Send
Service Centre' stored on your BT
Esprit 1250 you will need to select
which one you want to use for
sending, see next section.
In order to send and receive text
messages you must not withhold
your number. On most networks
if you normally withhold your
number the 1470 prefix presents
your number for you.
Press and hold
If you enter an additional Send
Service Centre number, you can
choose which number you want to
use. Your BT Esprit 1250 is pre-set
to send using Send Centre 1.
All messages sent will go via the
selected provider.
