Signalling appointments and
anniversaries
In idle status, an appointment reminder is
signalled with the selected ring tone

( page 67) and will sound for
60 seconds. The name is displayed for
anniversaries, while the entered text is
displayed for appointments along with the
date and time.

Displaying missed
appointments, anniversaries
Missed appointments/anniversaries

( page 36) are displayed in the Missed
Alarms list if:

You do not accept an appointment/
anniversary.

The appointment/anniversary was sig-
nalled during a phone call.
u
The handset is deactivated at the time
of the appointment/anniversary.

The symbol and the number of new
entries are shown in the display. The most
recent entry is at the head of the list.
Open the list by selecting the message

Select appointment/anniver-

Information about the
appointment/anniversary is
displayed. A missed appoint-
ment is displayed with the
appointment name and a
missed anniversary is dis-
played with the last name and
first name. The date and time
will also be given.
