    1.7 IMPORTANT TIPS AND TECHNIQUES ACCESSORIES AND UTENSILS The bake pan (H) is designed to permit the circulating heat to surround the food (except for the bottom surface) more effectively. Use it as you would any shallow baking or roasting pan. Other utensils you own can be used provided that an inch or so of space remains open to allow circulation of the fan-forced heat.

    2.3 SMART COOKIES MODE This special function is designed to produce perfect results when using one or two trays to bake delicate food items such as cookies, brownies, cakes, pies etc. The function is accessible by turning the MODE knob (10) until the SMART COOKIES indicator is illuminated and T T R R 1 1 is on the display.
