Example : Receive to Memory

The Receive to Memory function secures all received documents by storing them into memory.
To print the document(s) received in memory, the Key Operator must enter the correct password.
The procedure of setting "Receive to Memory" is described below.
For memory reception, refer to Receive to Memory in the Operating Instructions (For Facsimile and Internet
Fax) of provided CD-ROM.

Press the Function key.

Select "Fax/Email Settings".

Select "04 Key Operator Mode".

Enter the password (8-digit), and then
select "OK".

Select "01 Fax Parameters".

Select
(7 times).
Each Fax Parameter can be directly
selected by inputting the corresponding
number with the Keypad for quick operation.
If you know the parameter number, enter the
number with the Keypad, and then press the
Start key.
Ex: In step 6, enter "37" with the Keypad,
and press the Start key to select "37
Receive to Memory".
