STAFFING
AND UNSTAFFING
YOUR AGENT INSTRUMENT
Once your CT telephone
is programmed
as an agent instrument,
it is
staffed for receiving AC0 calls. If your extension is programmed
for
limited work time, your telephone
is put into a work state for a
predetermined
time after completing
an AC0 call. During the work state
you cannot receive AC0 calls, but you can place calls. You can
activate/deactivate
this feature with the programmable
work button.
If your extension is programmed
for unlimited work time, you can use
the
work
button to extend the work state indefinitely.
