There is no need, nor is it possible, to perform a
manual self test with the 375 Field Communicator.
Testing features are done automatically. A warning
message will occur if a fault condition is found
during these tests.
The battery pack can be replaced in Intrinsically
Safe areas. The Expansion Module can be
installed in hazardous locations while the 375 Field
Communicator is still running.
If it ever becomes necessary to discard any part(s)
of the 375 Field Communicator, adhere to the
waste-disposal regulations applicable in your
locality.
