13.2 P-2024 Access and Login

I forgot the IP address for the P-2024.
1 The default LAN IP address is 192.168.5.1.
2 Use the console port to log in to the P-2024.
3 If you know the P-2024's WAN IP address, you can use it to log in from the WAN (if
HTTP remote management is enabled from the WAN).
4 If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See

I cannot see or access the Login screen in the web configurator.
1 Make sure you are using the correct IP address.
• The default LAN IP address is 192.168.5.1.
• If you changed the WAN IP address
or log in from the LAN.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting
suggestions for
2 Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See

3 Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScripts
and Java enabled. See
4 Make sure your computer is in the same subnet as the P-2024. (If you know that there are
routers between your computer and the P-2024, skip this step.)
5 Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the P-2024 with the default IP
