Auto Clean
A feature of the DLT Library
allowing a cleaning cartridge to be kept in a
storage cell and accessed automatically when
drives need cleaning. (Must also be supported by
the host software.)

A data storage tape encased in a
plastic housing. DLT cartridge tapes are used by
DLT drives.

when it is powered on or reset.
interlock switch
A switch that disconnects
power to the robot when the library front door is
opened.
