purchase. You will need to return the
OneTouch ® SureStep
your receipt to receive a refund. The
Warranty Policy does not apply to the perfor-
mance of the OneTouch
when used with any test strip other than

OneTouch SureStep
LifeScan, or when the OneTouch
Meter or Test Strips are modified in any way.
This warranty is in lieu of all other war-
ranties, express or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fit-
ness for a particular purpose.

The OneTouch
3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If, at any time during the first 3 years after
purchase, the meter does not work for any

product free of charge.
The Warranty Policy applies only to the original
purchaser of this meter and does not
include the batteries supplied with the meter.
