Safety Instructions

In order to avoid possible dangers, damage or malfunc-
tions, please heed the following safety instructions for the
setup and operation of your fax machine.
Make sure that the fax machine is stable and secure,

on a smooth, level surface (do not place the machine
on carpets or similar surfaces). If the fax machine should
fall, it can be damaged or can cause injury to people,
especially small children. Th e distance between the fax
machine and other appliances or objects, must be at least
15 centimetres. Position all cables in such a way that no
one will stumble on them, thus avoiding possible injuries
to persons and/or damage to the cables or to the fax ma-
