You can select the combination of image size and compression ratio that is used when saving
images.
The higher the image mode setting, the larger the size at which it can be printed, but the
number of images that can be saved (_33) is reduced.

2 Print size at an output resNution of 300 dpi. Print sizes are calculated by dividing the number of
pixels by printer resolution (dp0 and multiplying by 2.54 cm (1 in.). However, at the same image
size, images printed at higher resNutions w@ print smaller than the size indicated, and those
printed at lower resNutions w@ print larger than the size indicated.
