7. Windows Update
On Windows 7 – Windows 8.1, the DisplayLink software connects to the Microsoft Windows update site to obtain the
latest DisplayLink driver. On selecting "Check for updates", the DisplayLink software connects to Windows update,
downloads and installs the latest software.
