Creating a Confidential Mail Box
1 Press the Select Function key.
2 Press the 9/User Program One Touch key.
3 Using the numeric keypad, press 5.
4 Press the Yes F key.
5 Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mail box you want to use (18).
6 Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit password you want to use with your mail box.
7 Press the Yes F key.
8 To create another confidential mail box, return to Step 5 and continue.
9 Press the Select Function key to finish.
