Overview
Network printing environments inevitably have a
mixture of complex user and administration needs.
These include print job accounting and rule-based
print control, print job security and the convenience
of printing at whatever network printer is free and
nearby. FollowMe ® provides print roaming, access
controlled and encrypted printing and print
accounting in a single solution. It also lets you fulfi l
printing policy (for example printing from applica-
tions such as Outlook only in black-and-white) and
print job routing to ensure documents are printed
on the most effi cient printers.
