Installing Cards
This section describes how to install the following:
New Media LiveWire+ Ethernet PC Card.
Xircom Ethernet 10/100 + Modem PC Card.

To install a New Media LiveWire+ Ethernet PC Card

Requirements
OmniBook 3000 with Windows for Workgroups 3.11 installed.
New Media LiveWire+ Ethernet PC Card.
New Media LiveWire+ Install Disk.
This procedure assumes that Card and Socket Services are being utilized.
Configuration
Interrupt: 09.
I/O Port address: 300, 310, 320 or 340.
Memory Range: D0000.
1. Start the OmniBook.
2. Insert the PC Card.
3. From Program Manager, double-click Network group, then Network Setup.
4. Click Network.
5. Select Installing Windows Network, then click OK.
6. Click Drivers, then click Add Adapter.
7. Double-click Unlisted Or Updated Network Adapter.
8. Insert the driver disk into A:\, then click OK.
9. Select the New Media LiveWire+ Full Duplex Ethernet LAN driver, then click OK.
10. Click Close, then click OK.
