Lists and Journal

To help you maintain records of Lists and Journal, this facsimile apparatus is equipped to print the following
Lists and Journal.
The "Journal" is a record of the last 32 transactions (a transaction is recorded each time you send or receive
a document). It is printed out automatically after every 32 transactions, and also can be printed manually by
the following procedure:

Communication Journal (COMM. JOURNAL)

The Communication Journal (COMM. JOURNAL) allows you to verify whether the transmission was
successful. You may select the print status (Off/Always/Inc.) in the FAX SETTING ("COMM. JOURNAL").

Power Failure Report

If a power failure occurs, this apparatus will not function. If fax documents are stored in memory, they will be
lost. When power is restored, a power failure report will be printed out stating which files in memory have
been erased.

1. Blacklist and Caller ID List are printed depending on countries.
NOTE
2. MEMORY COMM. JOURNAL will be printed if it is a multi-station transmission and deferred
transmission.
