You can dial out manually to Internet Service Provider to check if electronic mails or fax documents have
been stored in your e-mail account.
Auto-Dialling Function
You can preset timings (max. 10 times) to dial out to ISP to receive e-mails automatically by the apparatus.
Follow the procedure below.

1. Electronic mails will be received into memory and printed out only when the conditions apply.
NOTE

2. It may take due time for the apparatus to identify whether the attached file is in TIFF format
depending on its file size. If it is not in TIFF format, the apparatus will print an error message.
3. If you stop receiving documents, you may not be able to receive it for a while due to ISP's
recovery time.
