Caller ID not delivered by
cellular service provider.
Caller's phone number is
blocked.
External network has not
delivered the caller ID
information to the switch.
Your cellular service provider
may not recognize numbers
having fewer than 10 digits,
for example, a 5-digit
extension.

Suggested action / resolution
Check with your cellular
service provider.
No action can be taken - the
caller has blocked his/her
number.
No action can be taken.
Speak with your system
administrator for options to
allow caller IDs of fewer than
10 digits.
