9.1 Entering Programming Mode

To enter the programming mode from telephone sets, please follow the steps below :
A). Use a regular telephone set and plug into analog port A (TEL-A) or B (TEL-B)
B). Pick up the telephone and wait for dial-tone.
C). Press * 1 2 8 one the telephone keypad , you will hear a confirmation tone which indicate that
the TA is now under the programming mode. The LCD panel will display the programming
mode message.

9.2 Setup Configuration

To setup the corresponding settings, please check the above Easy Setup Table and do the following
steps.
A). Press 0 0 * 0 to set global call select - ring TEL - A only (for example)
B). Press * * to store the setting into active profile and the LCD panel will response the setting
message.
C). Repeat the procedure A) and B) for other settings.
D). When the settings is finished, press * # * to store all the updated settings into the non –
violate memory.

9.3 Storing The Setting

After performing the * # * sequence, even if there is a power outage, the modified settings will still
be stored in the non-violate memory. After power resumes, you can recall the setting from user
profile 0 or 1. If you hang up the phone before you execute the * # * sequence, the TA will abort
from the programming mode and return to idle mode. The LCD will again display the idle message.
