Launching a registered application

You can also open and edit images in other image editing application software than
OLYMPUS Studio. You must first register the application software you want to
launch in the preferences.

Select [Launch registered application] from the [Tools] menu or
click the [Launch registered application] icon on the toolbar.
The registered application software is launched.

Edit images with this application software.
For instructions on how to operate this application software, refer to the operation
manual supplied with your application software.
Pre-registering an application
• You must first register the application software. Select [Preferences] from the
[Tools] menu to display the [Preferences] dialog box and register the

[Open registered application after saving] checkbox
• When the [Open registered application after saving] checkbox is checked in the
[Save As] dialog box when saving an image in the image edit window or in the
Tips
[Batch Processing] dialog box when conducting batch processing, the
registered application is opened after the image is saved.
