Basic Playback

For stereo or SAP tape playback, you may
need to set the MTS mode. See page 25 for
details.
Insert a recorded
cassette into the cassette compartment.
The VCR turns on automatically.
• If the cassette is inserted without the safety tab in place, the
auto play function starts playback automatically.

Playback begins.
Basic playback is possible in all three
modes: SP, LP, SLP. You can confirm
the recorded mode by pressing the
SP/SLP button. See page 30.
